Jillian Watenaar - Designer

I was fortunate enough to model at a Charity Fashion Show, held earlier on during the year for a designer, Jillian Watenaar. I was amazed by the designs from Jillian's graduate range, which she showcased at this particular fashion show.

Jillian Watenaar studied at Cape Town College of Fashion Design and graduated with a diploma in Fashion Design in 2012.

Underwater Dogs Book

 

 The exuberant, exhilarating photographs of dogs underwater that have become a sensation

My photography teacher came across this book and introduced it to the class. I was taken back by this book. The book was passed around in class and everyone was amazed!

From leaping Lab to diving Dachshund, it shows the true colours of these dogs.
I actually find it rather cute!

Seth Casteel is an award-winning pet photographer and animal rights activist.

Kim Rose

Born in a small town, Paarl, on the 12th April 1993, Kim began her journey through life. Since a young age she's loved being in front of the camera, and decided to get involved in modeling as soon as she could. After she turned 18, in 2011, decided to join up with an agency (ICE Genetics) and since then has grabbed every opportunity and has enjoyed every moment since the first day. She is a full time model, trying to reach her dreams/goals in the modeling industry. She has extensive catwalk experience, modeling at events and shows as well.

One of Kim's quotes she lives by:
Everything happens for a reason, live it, love it, learn from it! Make your smile change the world, but don't let the world change your smile.
